BROKEN DREAMS

'Broken Dreams' is an ongoing series looking at mapping the urban landscape of Melbourne one single frame at a time. These broken and damaged scenes are linked together just by the fact they say something about the world in that point of time. Each image only existed for a small period in time, and it never stayed that way. It was returned to a working order or removed to never exist again. The names for each image also form an intricate narrative of the spaces I visit. If the title doesn't match the image and only describes, how does that affect the meaning of what we are looking at? So I wander and meander the street picking up information that can only be relevant for such a short amount of time before everything is placed back, just so, like it never was out of place in the first instance.
