Tree-Fi is a comical and ironic installation that subverts the concept of necessity, survival and consumption. Tree-Fi’s crucial component is the fact that it is a tree that no longer serves its natural purpose
of providing oxygen, however is now a source of internet, which makes reference to today’s internet usage and the undeniable fact that in Western society it is needed to survive just like oxygen.
